As Saddleback Arizona begins to take shape in northern Peoria, our team at The James Agency
has been helping establish a cohesive visual presence that reflects the spirit of the community
— modern desert living, connection and thoughtful design.
Building from the brand elements already in place, we developed expanded brand standards to guide
future marketing and ensure consistency across every touchpoint. From there, we designed email
marketing templates to streamline communications and maintain a polished, recognizable look. The
work continues as we redesign the community website to better showcase the vision for Saddleback
and create a more intuitive experience for prospective homeowners. Beyond digital, we are also bringing
the brand into the physical world with a custom wrap for a mobile coffee trailer, creating a welcoming,
on-site touchpoint that helps activate the Saddleback experience.
